Adam Blow (B.A. Hons in Economics, MBA, Finance) brings over 34 years of industry experience to HR Palmer, following an esteemed and successful career as an acting board member and director of Retail Development at Zenprop Property Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He has played a pivotal role in the development of over 500,000 square meters of commercial and retail space, including notable projects such as Maponya Mall, Mall of The South, Table Bay Mall and the Riverlands mixed-use development in Cape Town, home to Amazon’s African headquarters. Adam’s extensive background in large-scale development offers HR Palmer a wealth of strategic insight and expertise.

 

James Hamilton-Russell (BCom in Investment Management, cum laude) combines a solid foundation in property development with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Exposure to the property industry from a young age provided James valuable insights and sparked a keen interest in the sector. Over time, James developed a comprehensive understanding of both the commercial and residential sectors, leading to his involvement in projects such as 1 Osborne Road in Claremont. James is particularly proficient at financial modelling and feasibility analysis with a keen eye for detail. As a result he is deeply engaged in all facets of HR Palmer’s operations, contributing to the long-term growth and success of the company.
